As a Copywriter at T-Mobile, I create copy for Home Internet and Fiber marketing deliverables.
The first image showcases T-Mobile’s Home Internet Backup page. I developed all of the copy for this experience, including the headline, “A safety net for your internet.” I’m especially proud of this messaging because it reframes internet backup in a relatable, customer-first way — emphasizing that no matter who your primary provider is, T-Mobile is there when service fails.
The second image features the same-day internet page. The goal of this experience was to clearly communicate the convenience and speed of T-Mobile’s partnership with DoorDash, allowing customers to have internet delivered directly to their door the very same day.
The third image highlights the Fiber Internet homepage. The messaging focused on emphasizing the benefits of dedicated fiber internet — positioning it as a pure, direct connection that isn’t shared with neighboring households, resulting in a faster and more reliable experience for customers.
